HOMESTAY IN EXOTIC BANGKOK

Welcome to Bangkok, we at Bangkok Thai Cooking Academy offer our own unique version of Homestay.  Many visitors stay at our home because we are centrally located and reasonably priced; some stay while learning to become chefs, and others stay to take a class or two! Whatever your reason, we are here to help you in feeling at home while in a far off land.  We are conveniently located in the heart of Sukhumvit, a short walk from BTS Asoke (Skytrain) and MRT Sukhumvit (subway) interchange stations.

Come join us and experience our quaint air conditioned Thai home located in a Thai neighborhood surrounded by modern high rise condominiums. Instead of staying in a big impersonal hotel, come and join us for some Thai hospitality. And while with us, learn about Thailand, Bangkok, and Thai cooking. Your hosts are a Thai/American couple. English is spoken in our home/school, AND you can get answers about “being” Thai, Bangkok sightseeing, and the “Land of Smiles.”

With every room rental, the following is included:

1. HOMESTAY (Minimum stay is 6 nights)

• Private room with bed, air conditioning, cable television, desk, refrigerator
• Free WiFi
• Shared bathroom, next to your room
• Friendly hosts ready to chat, answer your questions, give directions, provide advice,…
• Laundry service is available at a small charge.
  

2. STUDY

• Discounted charge of only 1,250 baht ($42) for each 4-hour Scheduled Cooking Class taken.
  

Our Homestay  rooms are truly perfect for those desiring to IMMERSE themselves in learning Thai cooking or fruit carving. While registered as a guest, Thai cooking classes are available for only 1,250 baht/person/class. If you really want to learn and study Thai culinary arts, you’ve come to the right place! It is not mandatory that you attend a cooking class while being our guest, but the discounted rate is always available to our guests. As they regularly say in Thailand—it is “up to you.”

DAILY ROOM RATES, CHECK IN, CHECK OUT, PAYMENT:

SINGLE OCCUPANCY ROOM—550 baht/day (or 15,000 baht for 28 days) plus VAT (7%)

DOUBLE OCCUPANCY ROOM—800 baht/day (or 21,000 baht for 28 days) plus VAT (7%)

• Minimum stay is 6 nights.
• Check in is anytime after 1:15 pm
• Check out is by NOON or before.
• Payment: 50% deposit required upon acceptance of booking request, paid by PayPal, balance due in cash upon check in.
• All rooms are non smoking.

BOOKING:

You may inquire as to availability by using our E-Mail Us form. Please provide expected date and time of arrival, how many guests, and hopefully a telephone number where you can be reached. We will confirm details, send you a PayPal payment link, and provide directions to the school via phone or email.
